The Showroom

The show room is one of our largest spaces available for hire. Positioned at the front of The Ware, it is naturally lit with direct sun light pouring through two large industrial windows in the afternoon. It has an industrial feel, white walls, concrete floor and roller door access. The space can be provided as a blank canvas or come furnished and styled.

The Pent

One of our most popular spaces, The Pent is located on our second level. Bright and open, it is a blank canvas with white walls, concrete floors, ramp and roller door access. The space is great for shoots, workshops, retail pop ups and events for up to 30 people.

The Side

The Side is a blank industrial space for smaller, product focused shoots on paper roll or flat lay. Fitted with an Art Gallery wall for small, intimate showings, this space is connected to kitchen space with large terrazzo slab table, fridge, power, storage, display shelving, crockery, glassware and cutlery.

Private Studios

Built for 1-3 people, our Private Studios are nested within our hirable event spaces, positioning your business in a creative habitat surrounded by inspiring brands and businesses. 

Fitted with floating timber desks and seating, The Ware Private Studios are filled with florists, photographers, interior design studios, homewares manufacturer, bridal ateliers, PR agencies and more.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • We are 10 minute drive from Manly and 5 minutes from Westfield Warringah Mall. You can find our location map on the following page.

  • Our space is open from 9am, however, if early access has been arranged, you can access via the rear roller door using the keypad - code will be provided 24 hours prior to your shoot. We have lights at the front and in the kitchen. Enjoy the space, take care of our wares and please return any relocated props to their home.

  • Within The Ware there are 9 tenanted suites.

  • Absolutely! Get in touch with us to book your event.

  • Ahead of your booking, please advise if you require use of any props or equipment outlined. The hire of ALL items, whether complimentary or paid, is to be confirmed by The Ware staff prior to using. An invoice for any hired items that are not included in your booking will be issued on the day and payment is due prior to the conclusion of your booking. You also have the option to hire on the day if there is anything additional you’d like to hire (subject to availability). We have C stands, paper roll, garment racks, extension leads, trestle tables and more. Please enquire about your requirements.

  • One car space will be available in our driveway on Carter Road. Any other vehicles will need to use street parking. All day parking is available on West Street and the parking areas off Harbord Road, which are located before and after the West Street turn off.

  • Please leave all spaces you utilise clean and tidy once finished for the day. Any space left untidy will incur a $90 cleaning fee. All recycling and large rubbish must be taken off site with you. Alternatively, a disposal fee can be added to your invoice.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled booking date are subject to a 100% hire fee payable.

  • Yes! The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, kettle and hot water urn. We also have styling cutlery, glassware and bowls available for hire for styling if required.
