We are 10 minute drive from Manly and 5 minutes from Westfield Warringah Mall. You can find our location map on the following page.

Our space is open from 9am, however, as a resident you can access via the rear roller door using the keypad 24/7.

All day parking is available on West Street and the parking areas off Harbord Road, which are located before and after the West Street turn off.

Within The Ware there are 9 tenanted suites.

Beautiful environment
A raw warehouse space which is equipped with concrete floors, floating desks, white walls, natural light, polished concrete floor and wide open hallways
Heating / Cooling
Every office is equipped with a ceiling heat bar. Thankfully the warehouse is beautifully cool all summer.
No lock in contracts
We have designed a simple agreement which requires no lock in period. Two calendar months notice.
Mail Services
As a resident of the ware, use the street address for deliveries. Our friendly team will notify you when mail/courier arrives.
24/7
Residents are granted 24/7 access, meaning you can access your space any time, any day.
High Speed Internet (NBN)
Offices and other spaces come with lighting speed Wi-Fi as standard.
Kitchen Facilities
Complimentary goodies in the kitchens including tea.
